Consignor (Seller) Registration - PART 2

If you  have not already done your Consignor Registration - PART 1, you need to do that first.

Follow THIS LINK to Part 1 and register for the JBF Fort Worth sale - you will specifically select the "Sign Up" button for "Fort Worth" and finish out the form.  You will receive an email confirmation with a link back to this page.

DO NOT SKIP PART 1 or you may not be able to see any of your sales online. That Step is critical for us to "capture" your tagging account information and bring it into our Point of Sale system.  

PART 2 (this form) is where you complete your Seller Agreement, select your Drop Off time, select your Pick Up method/time, and pay your Consignor Fee.  Remember, the earlier you pay it, the cheaper it is!

Consignor Details

Consignor (Seller) Benefits:

  • Sellers make 60% on their items that sell, cashing in on things no longer needed in their home.
  • Sellers make 70% on their items that sell if they take their payment with JBF Smart Pay (in-store credit).
  • Sellers can refer brand new JBF Fort Worth Consignors and get $10 for every new seller who sells at least $50 worth of merchandise. This EXTRA CASH will be added to your check! (The seller will include your name in this registration when they sign up.)
  • Sellers receive multiple Presale Passes for themselves and a Guest (valued at $60) to shop EARLY!
    Presale Passes are distributed at Drop Off. Guests do not need to register. No Pass required for children under 18.
  • First-Time JBF Fort Worth Sellers will work with a Consignor Coach to answer questions and help them be as successful as possible. This is a free service done through a Facebook group and texting.
  • Sellers can watch their sales happen online in real time!
  • Sellers have the option of joining the Super Sellers Club which will send periodic announcements, reminders, and special offers related to Selling with JBF Fort Worth via text. This will not be group texting and JBF privacy Terms and Conditions apply to your information.  Your information will never be sold and you have the option to opt out at any time. There is a separate Super Fan Club that will be handled similarly but will focus more on information/reminders/offers related to Shopping at JBF Fort Worth. (You can opt into either or both of those programs below.)
  • Sellers can sell MANY things all at ONE TIME and all in ONE PLACE.
  • Sellers receive payment for their sold items within 14 days of the last day we are at the venue.

    2/22/24, 5PM - 9PM by appointment only
    2/23/24, 9AM - 2PM by appointment only
    PRO TIP: If you can come anytime, we suggest selecting 2/23 because it is usually less crowded!
  • Mid-Sale Drop Off is a great way to get more items to us!
    2/25/24, 4PM to 5PM - no appointment necessary - limits apply to some categories
  • Seller Presale* on 2/24/24 at 8:30AM for Sellers who mark ALL of their tags to Reduce & Donate
  • Seller Presale* for all other Sellers - 2/24/24, 9AM
  • Seller 1/2 Price Presale* - 3/1/24, 6PM - 9PM
  • Pick Up of Unsold Items -3/3/24
    For Sellers who are also Team Members, Pick Up is at 2PM and no appointment is necessary
    For all other Sellers, Pick Up is from 2:30PM - 5PM by appointment only

    * Children, strollers, and wagons always welcomed during ALL shopping times. Sellers who are also Team Members (our employees) will receive an upgrade on their Presale Pass for an earlier Team Member Presale Pass. Guest Passes are not eligible for upgrades.

Consignor Information

  • Consignor Fee paid from 2/18/24 to start of sale

    Early Bird Fee ended on 2/4/24.
    Regular Price Fee ended on 2/17/24.
    If the Consignor Fee is not paid before the sale begins, a Fee of $24 will be removed from your sales check. Consignor Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

    Special Perk for first time consignors at JBF Fort Worth:
    If you register during sale week and pay the $18 fee, your fee will be reduced to $14 by giving you $4 back in your check.

JBF Smart Pay allows you to keep MORE of your money! Instead of earning 60% on your sold items, if you sign up here for JBF Smart Pay, you will receive 70% on your sold items in JBF Fort Worth in-store credit. 

Redeeming your Credit is Easy!
At future sales, upon checkout, inform the JBF cashier that you want to use your credit. Your available total will be retrieved by the cashier and applied to your purchase. You may only use your credit at the JBF Fort Worth sale.

More Details:
You may use part or all of your credit during your visit. Credit can not be redeemed for cash. Unused credit will never expire. You must take your entire check in JBF Credit. You will receive an email after the sale with information on your JBF Credit Amount.



Drop Off & Pick Up Appointments

Drop Off & Pick Up is through appointments only.  This helps us to properly staff the sale and keep a steady flow of sellers coming and going. We do have a Mid-Sale Drop Off on Sunday, 2/25/24 from 4pm to 5pm but no appointment is required for that time, though several item category restrictions will apply.

Seller Drop Off

Please allow approximately an hour to drop off your items.  If you have a lot of items, give yourself more time. Being organized before you leave home with items in sizes and categories will make your Drop Off smoother.

You MUST select a Drop Off time below for 2/22 or 2/23.  DO NOT SKIP THIS SECTION!
If you plan to bring items to the Mid-Sale Drop Off on 2/25 from 4pm to 5pm, you do not need a Drop Off appointment but you do need to let us know you are coming by selecting the option for that day.

Seller Pick Up of Unsold Items

There are 4 Options for Unsold Items:

Option 1:

Donate all unsold items. For more information on our Charity Partners, please see the website. If you need a donation receipt for your taxes, you may contact us or contact the charity directly.

Option 2*:

Sellers who are Team Members (employees) may pick up their items on 3/3/24 at 2PM.  They do not need an appointment to do this but have to check in at the Front Door.

Option 3*:

Sellers (who are not Team Members) may pick up their items on 3/3/24 by appointment only.  Select appointment time below. Any items remaining at 5:01PM will be donated.

Option 4:

Sellers who are unable to either pick up their items on 3/3/24 or find anyone to pick up items for them may participate in our Valet Pick Up program. There is a charge for this service based on how many items you have and the charge will be taken from your check.  Email [email protected] for details. Items will be held at Joanie's house in SW Fort Worth until 3/18/24.  If not picked up by 3/18/24, the items will be donated. To reserve a spot for this service, you must contact Joanie VIA EMAIL ONLY by 3/1/24. Transportation/storage space is limited so this service may fill up before 3/1/24.

*Items will be sorted by the first letter of your consignor number when you arrive for Pick Up on 3/3/24, so you will need to scan through the section of remaining items in your "consignor letter" to pick up your things.  There will be 2 sections of clothing to check for your "consignor letter" and then non-hanging items will be in another area sorted by letter. We will have items that lost tags, large items, and recalled items in another section.  We will have Pick Up Steps that will guide you past all of the categories of items so you may gather your unsold items.

If I am not able to pick up my items, I designate this person to pick up for me. I understand they may miss items they do not recognize and am ok with those items being donated if not picked up.  You may list more than one person.  They must know your consignor number.  If you send someone not on this list, for security reasons, we will ask them to tell us your phone number.


Consignor Waiver

I have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning. I understand I must bring at least 20 items (or $50 worth of tagged items) to participate and that I have followed all of the Item Count Limits listed in the Seller's Guide. I understand that the total number of items brought at the first Drop Off and the Mid-Sale Drop Off (if there is one) should be added together when considering the limits.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) Fort Worth and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.

I understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF Fort Worth for the items I offer for sale, less a Consignor Fee for participation in the JBF Fort Worth Sale. If I was unable to pay my Consignor Fee before the sale, I understand that a $24 fee will be deducted from my check.

I understand it is my responsibility to pick up any items not passing inspection during Drop Off before I leave Drop Off. Any rejected items that I do not pick up before Drop Off is completed will be donated before the end of the sale.

I understand JBF Fort Worth will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.

I understand that all proceeds from the sale of donated items during the Fill-A-Bag sale (if there is one) will be shared with the appointed charity partner(s).

I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission.

Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item.

I understand that all remaining items at the end of the sale will be sorted by the first letter of the consignor number and ready for Pick Up on Sunday, 3/3/24 at the time selected. I understand any items not picked up by 5pm on 3/3/24 will be donated to JBF's chosen charity partners unless prior arrangements have been made for me to participate in Valet Pick Up. I understand it is my responsibility to check all areas of the sales floor during Pick Up for unsold items.

I understand when exiting the venue during Drop Off and Pick Up, all items with me will be checked to ensure they are my items.

I understand I have to bring my driver’s license or a copy of my driver’s license to pick up my unsold items. If someone else is picking up my unsold items for me, they will need a copy of my driver’s license or their name must be listed in the section above. I should also know my consignor number so that Pick Up will be as quick as possible.

I understand that the email address listed in my JBF Profile will be used to issue my consignor payment unless I requested to receive my sale proceeds as part of the JBF SmartPay Program. Payments are made via e-checks. E-checks are valid from 90 days from issuance. It is my responsibility to contact JBF if I have not received my check within 1 month of the end of the sale. If a check has to be reissued after 90 days, I understand my check will be reduced by $35 to cover the banking fees.
